MarkIt is a project developed at the Lab of Medical Imaging and Computation at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Principal Investigator of this project is Dr. Synho Do, lead developer is Dr. Jan Witowski.
It is under active development by our team and used in research projects. The goal of MarkIt is to facilitate creation of high-quality medical imaging datasets. As there are very few tools available for easy, hassle-free annotating and labeling, we developed MarkIt.
MarkIt is developed by medical AI practitioners with AI model development in mind. This is why we connected AI-based tools with our platform, to show possibilities in improving annotation quality.
